A successful bodybuilder today was once beginner having no knowledge about muscle building. Although there are thousands of articles that will tell you what exercises that works and what are those that does not work. But most people place their trust on the science of muscle building while they do no pay attention to their body itself. Every successful body builder listens to their body instead of the science, including intake of supplements like bio serum. If some exercise routine is not correct according to science and research then it does not mean that it is not going to work for you. Be open-minded and try to look for workouts that work and do not work for you.
